Irina Potekhina, Vice Governor of St. Petersburg and responsible for education, paid a working visit to the Novoorlovskaya SEZ. She was joined by Inna Chernoskutova, Chief of Staff to the Vice Governor, and Vera Knyazeva, President of the Consortium for the Development of School Engineering and Technology Education.

During the visit, the guests learned about the SEZ's innovative ecosystem, visiting the enterprises and laboratories of our residents. The key topic of the meeting was training personnel for modern production. Irina Potekhina learned about specific educational projects that residents are implementing in collaboration with universities and colleges and received information on the types of specialists most in need at high-tech enterprises today.

Irina Petrovna was also given a tour of the SEZ, where she was introduced to the key resident companies. During a personal meeting with Tamara Rondaleva, CEO of the SEZ, we outlined prospects for deepening collaboration with the city's educational institutions and discussed key areas of work to attract qualified personnel to our zone.

Our zone regularly organizes excursions for students and schoolchildren and is a co-organizer of the educational project "Innovations on the Neva."

We thank Irina Petrovna for her interest in our project and her desire to assist in training future specialists for SEZ enterprises.

With the support of the Government of St. Petersburg, we hope to strengthen this work and engage even more residents in career guidance activities aimed at developing personnel for the city's technological future.
