Strong ties and a warm welcome
A gala reception organized by the Consulate General of the People's Republic of China in St. Petersburg took place to mark the 77th anniversary of the founding of the PRC.
Viktor Volkov, Head of the Project Office, represented the St. Petersburg Special Economic Zone at the event. He conveyed congratulations from Tamara Rondaleva, Director General of the St. Petersburg SEZ, and the entire management company team to Mr. Luo Zhanhui, Consul General of the PRC in St. Petersburg, and the staff of the diplomatic mission.
