Family Education Assistance Center No. 13 received important guests from China
On Family, Love, and Fidelity Day, the Center hosted distinguished guests at its country retreat in Repino: Luo Zhanhui, Consul General of the People's Republic of China in St. Petersburg, with his wife, Qu Lixia, and other representatives of the Consulate General, as well as Valery Kalugin, the Commissioner for Entrepreneurs' Rights in St. Petersburg.
Dmitry Kolomiets, Deputy Director General for Government Relations at the St. Petersburg Special Economic Zone (SEZ), attended the event and delivered a welcoming address.
The St. Petersburg Special Economic Zone is a trustee of the "Not Excluded!" charitable foundation, which provides comprehensive support to the Center for Social Development No. 13. Last year, with our participation and the support of the foundation, a series of career guidance excursions for the Center's students to SEZ resident enterprises was successfully implemented, where they learned about modern technologies and production processes. We also maintain regular contact with the Chinese Consulate General, which allows us to build long-term partnerships and opens up new prospects for cooperation.
The Chinese delegation's visit was an important step in developing international dialogue and strengthening ties between our organizations, and the participation of the SEZ representative underscored our continued commitment to our social mission and support for children without parental care.
